Guangxi Baise Tianyang Experimental Middle School Direct Drinking Water System 1000 L reverse osmosis equipment
Project Overview
This project is to process tap water into drinking water. Offer the whole middle school students drinking water.
Raw Water Proplem
The water source is mountain spring water, the water quality comes from a variety of sources, the water quality is mainly recharged by rainwater throughout the year, the water quality presents seasonal changes, the rainwater salinity changes slightly, the salinity increases in the dry period, and the physical properties include water temperature, color, transparency, smell and taste. It contains HCO, Ca, SO, Cl, Na, Mg, and K, as well as, colloidal substances, suspended solids, microorganisms, bacteria, etc.
Solutions
Process flow: raw water tank - raw water pump - quartz sand filter - activated carbon filter - precision filter - high-pressure pump - reverse osmosis membrane set - sterile water tank
Advantages Intorduction
✪Effective Contaminant Removal: RO systems are highly effective at removing a wide range of contaminants, including dissolved salts, heavy metals, bacteria, viruses, and other impurities, ensuring clean and safe drinking water.
✪Improved Taste and Odor: By removing chlorine, volatile organic compounds (VOCs), and other pollutants, RO systems improve the taste, odor, and overall quality of the water.
✪Versatile Applications: RO systems can be used for various applications, including residential, commercial, and industrial water purification, as well as in food and beverage production.
✪Energy-Efficient: Modern RO systems are designed to be energy-efficient, consuming less power compared to other advanced filtration methods.
✪Low Maintenance: RO systems typically require minimal maintenance, with periodic filter and membrane replacements being the primary tasks.
✪Environmental Benefits: By reducing the need for bottled water, RO systems help decrease plastic waste and the environmental impact associated with the production and disposal of plastic bottles.
