Wuming Town have the population of 800,000. The main source of water for residents is the local river. During rain season the river water turns yellow and with high turbidity. We offer solution to use our 10m³ pressure water purification equipment. It could effectively remove the sand, impurity from water.

Raw Water Proplem

During the rainy season, river water turbidity often increases due to several factors: Increased Runoff: Heavy rainfall leads to increased surface runoff, which can carry soil, sediments, and other particulate matter into rivers
The force of the rainwater can cause erosion of riverbanks and nearby land, contributing to higher levels of suspended solids in the water
Flood events can disturb riverbeds and banks, resuspending sediments that were previously settled

Solutions

We recommend customers to use 10 m³ of sand filter water filtration systems.
Process flow: river water - quartz sand filter - water purification tank - chlorine dioxide disinfection - pressurized pump - high water tower
Pressure water purification equipment is the use of one or several filter media, under a certain pressure to the turbidity of higher water through a certain thickness of granular or non-granular materials, so as to effectively remove suspended impurities to make the water clear process, the filter material is anthracite, quartz sand, and other materials for the bed, the relative density and particle size of each medium should have a certain difference, by anthracite and quartz sand composed of double-layer filter material, the relative density of anthracite used is 1.4-1.6, the particle size is 0.8-1.8mm, the relative density of quartz sand is 2.6— 2.65, the top layer of the bed with a particle size of 0.5-1.2mm is composed of the lightest and coarsest grade materials. The principle is that the water is filtered by depth, where the larger particles in the water are removed at the top layer and the smaller particles are removed at the deeper part of the filter media.
