PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
16,000LPH Borehole Brackish Water Purification Systems are capable of removing salts, as well as other impurities such as bacteria,sugars, proteins, dyes and constituents having a molecular weight greater than 150- 250 Daltons. Our commercial BWRO systems are strategically designed to be energy efficient and environmentally friendly while producing high-quality water.
Industrial Brackish Water Desalination Plant Capacity range between 48m3/hour to 7500m3/day. If you need smaller than this capacity please consult JuJinRo sales team.
If the water TDS is more than 1000ppm, we call this one as brackish water. Different source of science books defines brackish water TDS as different. But if water is not tap water and seawater, and TDS between 100 to 12000ppm, it can be called as brackish water.

PROCESSING
Raw water→ raw water tank(buyer supply)→raw water pump→laminated filter →activated carbon filter→chemical dosing system→security filter→high pressure pump→ro system→water supply point
All Brackish Water Treatment Plants are started from booster pump, it feeds raw water to pretreatment tanks. Depends on capacity pretreatment tank size and numbers can be changed. Because of High TDS (Total Dissolved Solid) we usually use FRP and Carbon Steel Tanks but we can check your raw water source analysis and we can suggest alternative material. If salt content and TDS high, because of the corrosion, we are using FRP or Carbon Steel material for pretreatment tanks.
Some parts function:
Quartz sand filter: fill quarts sand inside, it can filter big particles impurities, suspended substances, colloids etc. |
Activated carbon filter: fill activated carbon inside, to remove color, odor, residual chlorine and organics substances. |
Security filter: fill PP filter cartridge inside, prevent large particles, bacteria, viruses into RO membrane, accuracy is 5um. |
Chemical dosing system: add antiscalant(buyer supply) , absorb Ca2+, Mg2+(main elements for composing scale), reduce hardness of raw water. |
RO membrane: can remove particles, colloids, organic impurities, heavy metal ions, bacteria, virus, heat source etc. harmful substances and 99% dissolved salts. |
UV sterilizer: for killing bacterial in water, be safe for drinking. |
CIP system: its help to cleaning the RO membrane, so that it can be have long life span^^ |
Brackish RO systems require pre-treatment of which is always included in the sale unless the water is already being treated. Pre-treatment systems depend on the quality of water that is treated along with the application. Taking those two into account is how our engineers recommend the most appropriate pre/post treatment for the system. Components of pre/post treatment include multimedia and activated carbon filters along with water softeners and UV sterilizers. A chemical dosing system and/or a cleaning skid are also incorporated into the system.
Brackish reverse osmosis systems are equipped to purify water from rivers, lakes, wells, and the sea. With high pressure pumps, water is pressurized to pass through a finely pored semi-permeable membrane and filter the water. Around 99% of contaminants including salts, bacteria, and other particles are removed leaving the water in its most purified form. The system releases the purified (permeate) water from one stream and the reject filled with concentrated contaminants from another. Depending on the application of the water, post-treatment may be applied.

High Capacity of BWRO Systems
The KJ-300 series comes with many similar standard features as the KJ-200 series. However, the capacity of RO-300 is a main differentiator between the two. KJ-300 series is comprised of brackish reverse osmosis systems that can accommodate between 13,000 to 32,000 GPD with feed water TDS of 1000 ppm to 5000 ppm.

Regardless of the condition of your water supply, brackish type water is more difficult to treat due to the increased probability for changes in salinity over time. Compared to the KJ-200 Series, KJ-300 Series is displayed vertically and made with heavy-duty materials to withstand the higher capacity that it produces. For example, stainless steel piping is used in KJ-300 brackish reverse osmosis system. Whereas, the KJ-200 uses standard tubing. The high pressure pump is 316L stainless steel. Each pressure vessel has multi membrane, and the vessels are installed horizontally.
