Containerized reverse osmosis systems are the future in membrane water treatment. Capable of producing up to one million gallons of water per day from a single fourty foot container, with built-in pretreatment and membrane cleaning, containerized systems are redefining the standards of water treatment plants worldwide.
PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

The combination type of water yield and equipment of container reverse osmosis system can be made according to customer requirements, and only the standard model of reverse osmosis system is displayed in the table.
Containerized reverse osmosis equipment configuration
1. Reverse osmosis membrane: Dow, Hydenon, Toray, GE seawater membrane.
2. Membrane shell: FirstLine, FRP material.
3. Inlet pump: Grundfos, South CNP
4. High-pressure pumps: Carter, Diamond, CNP, PINFL
5. Frame: stainless steel square tube, the outer surface of the pipe is polished.
6. Pipelines: Duplex steel or stainless steel pipelines and high-pressure hoses are used for high-pressure side pipelines, and UPVC pipelines are used for low-pressure side pipelines.
7. Electrical components: Schneider brand.
8. Container size: 20 feet, 40 feet (equipped with temperature insulation and air conditioning).
9. Energy recovery device can be used to reduce energy consumption.
