JuJinRO Provide customized solutions for ultrafiltration membrane container systems, including ultrafiltration curtain membrane container systems and ultrafiltration column module integration systems.
The system has the advantages of compact design, small footprint, excellent instrument configuration, simple pipeline design and installation, adjustable system installation structure, vertical or horizontal or combined installation of components, PLC automatic control system, easy operation, and labor cost saving.
The 4-inch ultrafiltration system can be used for special concentration separation (e.g., food, medicine) or pre-filtration of small water purification equipment. The 8-inch, 9-inch and 10-inch ultrafiltration systems are suitable for large-scale industrial water treatment (drinking water, industrial water supply and drainage treatment, municipal water treatment, RO system pretreatment, agricultural water), etc
PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
The ultrafiltration membrane container system is to connect the ultrafiltration membrane module processed from the ultra-paint membrane in a certain form (generally in parallel) and then equipped with automatic control, water pump, monitoring instrument, etc., so it is also known as the water treatment system of the integrated ultrafiltration system, which is commonly used in drinking water, municipal wastewater, desalination and other water treatment industries, and is used to remove silica, colloids, particles, algae, fungi, intestinal bacteria, viruses, pyrogens, protozoa, oils and fats, proteins, etc. A complete ultrafiltration system is composed of: raw water system, ultrafiltration host (membrane filtration part), CEP&CIP cleaning system, dosing system, air sweep system and PLC system.

UF pre-processing unit
UF pretreatment: flocculation, sedimentation, air flotation, mechanical filtration, etc., to remove suspended solids, colloids, oils, organic matter and other substances in the water.
Suspended solids: particles above 0.1um, visible to the naked eye: mainly composed of sediment, clay, protozoa, algae, bacteria, viruses and polymer organic matter and other colloids: 0.1-0.001um particles; A colloid is a collection of many molecules and ions; Inorganic mineral colloids are mainly a combination of iron, aluminum and silicon; Organic colloids are mainly humus produced by the decay and decomposition of the limbs of plants or animals.
UF post-processing unit
UF post-treatment: nanofiltration (NF) and reverse osmosis (RO) or ion exchange resin for desalination, etc.;
Ion exchange resin tank: Replace other anions and cations in the water with hydroxide or hydrogen in the anion and cation resin.
